Who is this course for:
- This course is for YOU if you experience health challenges such as low mood, poor energy levels, anxiety, hormonal imbalances or digestive troubles.
- This course is also for YOU if you simply want to refresh your knowledge on how to apply the latest scientific understanding of the role diet and lifestyle choices play in health and longevity.

When is the course running:
The live webinar series will run over 6 Saturday's, starting 6th of February at 3 pm, with each webinar running for approximately an hour. The webinars will be delivered to you in the comfort of your own home (yay!!!), via webinar, so no need to dress up or go out anywhere. Just kick back in your comfy chair and listen in. There is no software to download. All you do is click on the link you will receive via email before each webinar and join the FUN and CONVERSATION!

What you will learn:

  • Practical ways to improve health outcomes through our everyday choices
  • Ways to optimise genetic expression, and why this matters
  • How the gut and the microbes that live inside us impact our health and well-being
