This workshop aims to empower young people with basic financial skills in order to help navigate these challenging times.

CoVid-19 has resulted in high levels of economic uncertainty with individuals feeling anxious about the future and not knowing the best way to respond financially. This workshop aims to empower young adults aged 18 to 25 with the basic financial and socio-emotional skills to navigate these challenging times.

Delivered by Cynthia Wong (Empower2free) this 2 hr workshop will be hands on for participants.

From the workshops participants will leave with the following skills:

• The ability to describe and manage emotions arising from financial uncertainty

• Adopt a fact-based approach in handling financial situations

• Have the skills to develop ways to manage their cash flow.
