•Interview Presentation
•Handling Stress and Anxiety

Participants are asked to bring along a laptop or tablet. If you do not have access to a device please let us know so we can arrange one for you.

This session is aimed at young people in years 10-12 looking for first time employment.

Arthritis & Osteoporosis WA is pleased to announce the launch of their updated and revised disease specific programs. These programs are informed by medical evidence and aim to empower people to live well with arthritis.

Six interactive group sessions of 2.5 hours duration held weekly and conducted in a friendly and supportive group atmosphere.
