Australian stories

If you’re visiting Canberra, a visit to the National Museum of Australia (NMA) should be high on the list of places to see. While interstate travel is off the agenda right now, there is still plenty of opportunity to explore the stories of Australian history and culture on the NMA’s website. A wide variety of online features are on offer with stories, video and old photos on subjects ranging from early European voyages, the history of Aboriginal rights, bush horses, rabbits, Ned Kelly, our prime ministers, agriculture and favourite objects from the museum collection.
